Snow danced in flurries outside the skylight window. Another strong gust shook the kitchen foundation. After a number of socked in days, Mt. Le Conte seemed excited for clear blue skies. Strong winds from the north pummeled me as I wandered around camp. Making my way up the front steps, another gust created an explosion of snow. Covering my face, I snapped a few shots of the blinding scene.

A snow covered LeConte is hard to beat. This windy day up top was especially fun!
